One of the fundamental features of WP Merchandise is the ability to recreate a toy with 90% analogy of it's on-screen prototype. This uniqueness was established through the highly professional industrial design Department of WP Merchandise.
Starting work on a new license, we are evaluating in depth what might be popular and working out the produc's concept with recommendations based on community's feedbacks.
Due to this approach the company has received licenses from leading companies such as: Ubisoft, Valve, Warner Bros., Bandai Namco, Wargaming.
Based on these contracts we produced the following plush collections: Dota 2, Assassin's Creed, Mortal Kombat 11, SoulCalibur, World of Tanks, Sabaton and Justice League by DC Comics.

MASTER MODEL DEVELOPMENT WITH TECHNICAL MAP
For the goods production with a large quantity of embroidered elements WP Merchandise factory is equipped with a workshop including high-tech machinery to achieve the best product's quality.
Main equipment array consists of Tajima industrial embroidery machines (Model TFMX), represented by 8, 6, 4 head machines. Heads total amount is 32 pieces, which maximize work to be done in a short period.
Hoop made embroidery (45*50cm) as well as the border frame.
Types of work:
- embroidery on clothes;
- embroidery on cut details;
- embroidery on fabrics (knitwear, elastic and short pile materials).
Embroidery options:
- classic embroidery (satin stitch and tatami);
- 3D embroidery using a special volumetric material;
- multilayer applications.
